Procurement of Three Passenger Vehicles for Official Use of IFSCA through Limited Tender Enquiry (LTE) (Tender No. – IFSCA-Admn/2/2024-GA/DFA10169) Re-Invitation Notice In continuation of our Limited Tender Enquiry of the same number which previously closed on July 27th, a fresh invitation is hereby issued for a further period of 7 days to secure additional competitive bids. Any valid, single responsive bid already received against the original enquiry remains active, legally compliant, and will be evaluated alongside new submissions. IFSCA intends to procure 3 no. of cars, make as per the specifications provided in the table below for official use through a limited tender enquiry from authorized dealers. Rates quoted on any other document shall not be accepted. d) Both Annexure A and Annexure B issued by IFSCA must be submitted. Any of the annexures missing shall not be accepted and the tender shall be summarily rejected. e) The Car will be purchased in the name of “International Financial Services Centres Authority” and to be registered at our Gandhinagar office address. f) Quoted rate must be "On-road price" including ex-showroom price, insurance (The nil depreciation policy should be with add-on covers such as Return to Invoice, No Claim Bonus (NCB), Consumables, Engine Protect, Tyre Cover, Key Protection / Replacement, Loss of Personal Belongings, Emergency Assistance and Transportation and Roadside Assistance Cover, company registration, all taxes etc. g) Final rate should be mentioned in the tender after deducting discount offered by the manufacturer/ dealer including corporate discount and other discounts if any. h) Please note that no escalation on the final on road price will be applied after opening of the tender on account of any reason whatsoever. i) Conditional tender will be rejected.j) Production month of the car shall not be earlier than April 2026. k) Tenders will be opened in the presence of any intending dealers who wish to be present at the time of bid opening. l) The Car must be equipped with all standard accessories provided by the manufacturer. The quoted rates shall be inclusive of taxes, levies, registration charges, insurance charges and all taxes etc. Nothing beyond final on road price shall be paid on any account. c) The nil depreciation policy should be with add-on covers such as Return to Invoice; No Claim Bonus (NCB), Consumables, Engine Protect, Tyre Cover, Key Protection / Replacement, Loss of Personal Belongings, Emergency Assistance and Transportation and Roadside Assistance Cover. d) Delivery Period: Should not exceed 90 days from the date of issue of purchase order. e) Payment Terms: The full payment as approved towards supply of said car shall be released within ten working days from receipt of confirmation that the said car is allotted in the name of “International Financial Services Centres Authority” and is available for inspection in Gandhinagar. TDS if applicable shall be deducted. f) Rates must be quoted as per the “Annexure – B” Only. The car will be purchased in the name of “International Financial Services Centres Authority” and to be registeredat IFSCA Gandhinagar office address. Final rate should be mentioned in the tender after deducting discount offered by the manufacturer / dealer including corporate discount and other discount if any. g) Please note that no escalation on final on road price of car will be applied after opening of the tender on account of any reason whatsoever till delivery of the vehicle. h) The car must be equipped with all standard accessories provided by the manufacturer. i) Important Dates: Last Date of Submission: Aug 31, 2026 on or before 05:00 PM Opening of Bids: On Aug 31, 2026 after 05:30 PM j) The above said car will be under warranty as per the manufacturer’s policy. k) IFSCA reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. l) Production month of the car shall not be earlier than April 2026.
