**Policy Summary: Addendum to Ceiling Price Fixation for Scheduled Formulation Packs of I.V. Fluids (Non-Glass with Special Features)**

* Sl. No. 31: Ms. Hindustan Polyfab - Euro Head LDPE Bottles (note h3 below)
* Sl. No. 32: Ms. Pharma Implex Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. - Euro CapHead Bottles (note h4 below)
2. **Clause Additions (h2, h3, h4):** The following clauses are added after clause h1:
* **h2 (Ms. BML Parenteral Drugs):** Only the prices of formulations specified at Sl. No. 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of Table A are applicable.
* **h3 (Ms. Hindustan Polyfab):** Only the prices of formulations specified at Sl. No. 2, 4, 5, and 7 of Table A are applicable.
* **h4 (Ms. Pharma Implex Laboratories Pvt. Ltd.):** Only the prices of formulations specified at Sl. No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8 of Table A are applicable.

ADDENDUM
New Delhi, the 29th August, 2025
S.O. 3977(E).— The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority’s Order No. 1485(E) dated 27th March 2025
and 3000(E) dated 4th July 2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, related to ceiling price fixation of
scheduled formulation packs of I.V. fluids (non-Glass with special features) is henceforth to be read with the following
additions:
(1) Sl. No. 30, 31 and 32 shall be added in Table ‘B’ as below:

“(h3) In case of M/s Hindustan Polyfab mentioned in Sl. No. 31 of Table B, only the prices of the formulations specified
at Sl. No. 2, 4, 5, and 7 of Table A are applicable”.
“(h4) In case of M/s Pharma Implex Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. mentioned in Sl. No. 32 of Table B, only the prices of the
formulations specified at Sl. No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8 of Table A are applicable”.
