JUDICIAL NOTIFICATIONS Draft Amendment to Tamil Nadu Mediation Rules, 2010 (R.O.C. No. 4711-A/2016/F1) No. SRO C-28/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 122 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act V of 1908) and clause (d) of sub-section (2) of Section 89 of the said Code, the High Court of Madras hereby proposes the following further amendment to the Tamil Nadu Mediation Rules, 2010, as amended by Amendment to the said Rules made vide High Court’s R.O.C.No.4711-A/2013/F1 and the same is hereby published as required by Section 122 of the Code for public information. The existing sub-rule (1)(b) of Rule 5 of the Tamil Nadu Mediation Rules, 2010 shall be substituted as follows:— “(b) Legal practitioners with atleast 10 years’ standing at the Bar at the level of the Supreme Court or the High Court or the District Court of equivalent status.” It is further notified that any suggestion or objection to the abovesaid draft amendment may be forwarded to the undersigned within 30 days of the initial publication of this amendment. TAMIL NADU POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD, CHENNAI Amendments to the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board Miscellaneous Service Regulations in Part II of the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board Revised Service Regulations, 2010 [G.O. Ms. No. 98, Environment and Forests (EC.2), 26th August 2016, ÝQ 10, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ ݇´-2047.] (è.â‡.îï£ñ£èõ£/ðE/ð7/32082/2016) No. SRO C-29/2016.—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of Section 12 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (Central Act 6 of 1974), the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board with the Approval of the State Government, hereby makes the following amendments to the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board Miscellaneous Service Regulations in PART-II of the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board Revised Service Regulations, 2010. 2. The amendments hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 29th September 2010. AMENDMENTS In the said Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board Revised Service Regulations, 2010, in PART-II, under “G. TAMIL NADU POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD MISCELLANEOUS SERVICE”, - 1. in regulation 2, for the Categories 5 and 6, the following categories of posts shall respectively be substituted, namely :- “Category 5 - Programmer Category 6 - Assistant Programmer” ; 2. in regulation 3, under “THE TABLE”,- (i) in the entries against SI.No.4, for the expression “Senior Programmer” occurring in two places, the expression “Programmer” shall be substituted;Dec. 21, 2016] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 495 (ii) for the SI.Nos. 5, 6 and 7 and the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall respectively be substituted, namely :- “5. Programmer (1) By promotion from Experience in the Post of Assistant PB-2 Rs. 9300 - 34800 + Assistant Programmer Programmer for a period of not less than Grade Pay Rs.4600/- 5 years. (or) Master degree in Computer Application (2) By direct recruitment or Master degree in Science (Information Technology / Computer Science) 6. Assistant Programmer (1) By promotion from the Experience in the Post of Data Entry PB-2 Rs.9300 - 34800 + Post of Data Entry Operator Operator for a period of not less than Grade Pay Rs.4400/- 5 years. (or) (1) By recruitment by transfer A Bachelor degree in Science or Statistics or Economics or Commerce (or) with Post Graduate Diploma in (2) By direct recruitment Computer Application. Degree with Type Writing Higher (English 7. Data Entry Operator (1) By recruitment by transfer and Tamil) and Certificate in Data Entry PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 + Operator Course obtained from reputed Grade Pay Rs.2400/- (or) computer training organization”. (2) By direct recruitment 3. in regulation 4, under the TABLE, for the entries 5 Senior Programmer and 6 Junior Programmer in column (1) and the corresponding entries in column (2) thereon the following shall be substituted, namely :- “Category Appointing Authority 5. Programmer Chairman. 6. Assistant Programmer Member Secretary”. 4.
