JUDICIAL NOTIFICATION THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT MADRAS Amendment to Appendix G of the Code of the Civil Procedure, 1908 (R.O.C. No. 53767/2018/F1) No. SRO C-4/2023. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 122 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act V of 1908) and of all other powers thereunto enabling and with the approval of the Government of Tamil Nadu, the High Court, Madras, makes the following Amendment to Appendix G of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. The Amendment shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. Amendment In the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act V of 1908), in the Appendix G, after the end of existing Form No. 6B and before Form No.7, insert the following new Forms as Form No. 6C (After Admission of the Second Appeal) and Form No. 6D (Before Admission of the Second Appeal).
