“In the Circumstances stated by the Co-operative Sub-Registrar (Prosecution and Liquidation) in his Final Closure Report dated 18-01-2017 and in exercise of the powers delegated under Section 140(1) of the Tamil Nadu Co-Operative Societies Act 1983, the Registration of The Southern Railway Employees Consumer Co-operative Stores Ltd.
No. XNC-541. has been cancelled with effect from 12-5-2017 and the affairs of The Southern Railway Employees Consumer Co-operative Stores Ltd. No.XNC-541 has been completely wound up”.
