No. F. 7/EM(BN)/CI/12-13/548-558.—Whereas Kanjhawala Industrial Estate was declared as Industrial
Use Zone vide Notification No. 141 (E) dated 7th February, 2007, issued by Ministry of Urban Development, Govt. of
India.
Therefore, now in exercise of powers conferred under sub section (k) of Section 2 of the Delhi Industrial
Development Operation and Maintenance Act, 2010, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby
declares the Kanjhawala Industrial Estate to be developed as Industrial area as per provisions of the Delhi Industrial
Development Operation & Maintenance (DIDOM) Act, 2010.
