ORDER 1. Title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Karnataka Essential Commodities Public Distribution (Control) (Amenment) Order 2020. (2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment of Rule 9 :- In the said rules-9 , sub rule (1)(ii) the following the shall be substituted namely:- (ii) Ten Thousand Rupees for authorised Fair Price Depot By Order and in the name of the Governor of Karnataka (V.
