«±ÉõÀ gÁdå ¥ÀwæPÉ ¨sÁUÀ– 4 J 09 2024(¥ÀĵÀå, 19 1945) £ÀA.08 Part– IVA BENGALURU, TUESDAY, 09, JANUARY, 2024(PUSHYA, 19, SHAKAVARSHA, 1945) No. 08 KARNATAKA LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL SECRETARIAT NOTIFICATION No. KLCS/ADM-1/ 156/C&RA/2023, Bangalore – 560 001, dated: 05.01.2024 Whereas the draft of the following rules further to amend the Karnataka Legislative Council Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Officers and Employees) Rules, 2021, which the Special Board of Karnataka Legislative Council Secretariat proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 3 read with Section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act No. 14 of 1990) were published as required by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of the said section in Notification No. KLCS/ADM-1/ 156/C&RA/2023, Bangalore – 560 001, dated:26.09.2023in Part IV-A of the Karnataka Gazette, dated:05.10.2023, inviting objections and suggestions from persons likely to be affected there by within 15 days from the date of its publication. Whereas the said gazette was made available to the public on :05.10.2023 No Objections and suggestions have been received.2 Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 read with section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990) read with the second provision to the said sub-section, the Karnataka Legislative Council Secretariat hereby makes the following rules. 1. Title and Commencement: (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Legislative Council Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of service of Officers and Employees) (Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They Shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment of Schedule-II :- In the Karnataka Legislative Council Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of service of Officers and Employees) Rules, 2021(here in after referred to as the said rules) in the Part III of schedule II to the serial no 1 to 6 in the column 4 and 5 is as follows:- PART -III: COMPUTER WING Sl. Senior Programmer 02 By Direct Recruitment For Direct Recruitment:- (Rs.52650-97100) a) Must be holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Computer Science or Information Science or Electronics and Communication from any University established by Law. b) Must have experience of not less than two years in software development or Programming or Maintenance of Software or Database.4 4.
