01/11/08/HP-I/Estt./2551 dated 30.09.2008, 01/02/2015/HP-I/Estt./2732-2739 dated 12.8.2015 and 01/04/15/HP-
I/Estt./4628-4635 dated 26.10.2015 and in exercise of powers conferred under section 10 of the Delhi Police Act,1978
(34 of 1978) read with the clause (s) of section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), and
Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi notification No.U-11011/2/74-UTL(i) dated 20.03.1974,
the Lieutenant. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in order to facilitate extension of better police
assistance to the public, hereby, is pleased to direct and declare as under:-
(a) That the Kartavya Path shall be a separate Police Station from the date of issue of this notification;
(b) That the local areas which have been excluded from the jurisdiction of Police Stations TilakMarg, South
Avenue and Parliament Street respectively, shall cover the area henceforth, as defined in the Schedule given
below; and
(c) That the boundaries/revised boundaries of Police Stations Kartavya Path, TilakMarg, South Avenue and
Parliament Street shall be henceforth, as defined in the Schedule given below:-
