Ms. No. 19, Information Technology (Admin.1), 2nd November 2017]. SRO No. B-72/2017.
Amendments to the rules include:
* In Rule 6, the text "on the 1st day of July of the year in which the selection for appointment is made" is replaced with "as on the 1st day of July of the year in which the vacancy is notified."
* In Rule 7, within the table, the proviso in item (b) against categories "4(a) Assistant System Engineer" and "4(b) Assistant System Analyst" corresponding to entry "(i) By Direct Recruitment" in Column (2) is deleted.
These amendments come into effect from the date of publication in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
