* Rule 4, sub-rule (6): Adds "within thirty days from the date of receipt of application referred to in sub-rule (2)" after the expression "Form No.4:".
* Rule 7, sub-rule (5): "The Deputy Chief Inspector of Factories shall renew the licence within thirty days from the date of receipt of application referred to in sub-rule (2)" replaces "The Deputy Chief Inspector of Factories may renew the licence".
