NOTIFICATION
No.SPC-1316/C.R.205/IX.—Whereas, the administrative approval has been accorded to establish
18 Additional Courts viz. 14 Additional Courts in the cadre of District Judge and 4 Additional Courts
in the cadre of Senior Civil Judge under 14th Finance Commission, vide Government Resolution
referred above at Sr. No.1,
And whereas, the administrative approval has been accorded to extend the tenure of Additional
Courts for further 2 Years after completion of their earlier tenure of 5 years, vide Government
Resolution referred above at Sr. No. 2,

And whereas, the administrative approval has been accorded to extend the tenure of Additional
Courts for further 2 Years after completion of their earlier extened tenure of 2 years, vide Government
Resolution referred above at Sr. No. 3,
And whereas, the period of appointment of Smt. Madhuri Anup Baraliya, Retired judicial officer
vide Government Notification referred above at Sr. No.4, will complete on 14th October 2025,
And whereas, the Government of Maharashtra in consultation with the Hon’ble High Court of
Judicature at Bombay hereby appoints Smt. Madhuri Anup Baraliya, the retire judicial officer, to the
temporary additional post of District Judge and Additional Sessions Judge at Nagpur (M.A.C.T.) for
further period of one year from 15th October 2025 or till validity of tenure of scheme or until further
orders, whichever occurs earlier.
