The Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Part IV-Section 2, dated December 16, 2020, publishes an errata notification from the Law Department concerning The Tamil Nadu Municipal Laws (Fifth Amendment) Act, 2018 (Tamil Nadu Act 40 of 2018). No. 61, Law (DFG), dated 3rd December 2020, corrects errors in the version of the Act published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary (issue No. 252) on July 16, 2018, at page 192. Specifically, it amends the eighth line from the bottom, the sixth line from the bottom, and the fifth line from the bottom to replace '(ii)' with '(jj)', '(ii)' with '(jj)', and '(iii)' with '(jjj)'.
