File-III/2133-2146.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No. 11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20th March, 1974, and in continuation to the 11 Special Public Prosecutors, 06 Law Officers/Senior advocates/advocates as Special Public Prosecutors & 03 Law Officers/Senior advocates/advocates as Special Public Prosecutors appointed vide earlier Notifications dated 24.06.2020, 30-07-2020 & 26-07-2021 respectively, the Competent Authority, is pleased to appoint the following 02 legal experts as Special Public Prosecutors:- 1. Sh. V.P. Srivastava 2. Sh. Chandan Kumar Pandey They shall conduct all court proceedings including Bail, Trial, Appeals, and all other Miscellaneous matters, applications and Writ Petition filed by the accused parties or NGOs in various courts in connection with all the FIRs which have been registered in riots cases of North East District, Delhi. The following fee shall be payable to above mentioned Special Public Prosecutor to conduct the case:- 1. Effective hearing charge - Rs. 5000/- per day + 10% Clerical Charges 2. Non-effective hearing charge - Rs. 1000/- per day 3. Maximum hearing charges} - Rs. 20,000/- per day Irrespective of no. of cases} This issues with the approval of Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor, GNCT of Delhi. By Order and in the Name of the Lt.
