The Ministry of Mines, Government of India, has issued a notification S.O. 4036(E) on September 2, 2025, in New Delhi, regarding accredited private exploration agencies.
The notification, issued under the authority of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, and based on accreditation granted by the National Accreditation Board for Education and Training of the Quality Council of India (QCI-NABET) and M.VI-16/15/2021-Mines VI order of August 12, 2021, lists the following entities as Category "A" exploration agencies:
1. M/s My World Consultancy Services Private Limited
2. M/s BMRC Geomining Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
These agencies will conduct prospecting operations in accordance with specified guidelines.
The notification is effective from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and will remain valid for three years from the date of publication or until the expiry or termination of the granted accreditation, whichever is earlier.

S.O. 4036(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of
the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957) and consequent upon accreditation
granted by the National Accreditation Board for Education and Training of the Quality Council of India (QCI-
NABET), the Central Government hereby notifies the following entities as specified in the guidelines for notification
of accredited private exploration agencies issued by the Government of India in the Ministry of Mines, vide order
number M.VI-16/15/2021-Mines VI, dated the 12thAugust, 2021, namely:-
