F. No. 47/Policy/RCS/2012/243/CD.000181973/461.—In exercise of powers conferred under sub
sections (1) and (2) of section 114 of The Delhi Co-operative Societies Act, 2003 (Delhi Act No. 03 of 2004),
read with the DCT Rules 2007 and Delhi Cooperative Tribunal Rules 2006, the Government of National
Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints Sh. J.P. Agarwal, IAS (Retired) as Member of Delhi Co-operative
Tribunal from the date he enters upon office as Member, Delhi Cooperative Tribunal, for a period of three
years or till he attains the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier. Other terms & conditions of appointment of
Sh. J.P. Agarwal, IAS (Retired) as Member of Delhi Co-operative Tribunal shall be as prescribed in the Delhi
Co-operative Tribunal Rules, 2006.
This supersedes the earlier notification of even number dated 19th September, 2025.
