New Delhi, the 15th September, 2025
G.S.R. 632(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1 (f) of Section 3 of the Major
Port Authorities Act, 2021 and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of
Ports, Shipping & Waterways (PHRD Division) G.S.R. No. 97 (E) dated 5th February, 2024, the Central
Government hereby appoints Shri Snehel Naik, Working President, Goa Port & Dock Employees' Union as
Member representing the interests of the employees on the Board of Mormugao Port Authority with
immediate effect. The appointment of Member of the Board shall be subject to the provisions of the Major
Port Authorities Act, 2021. The appointment is valid till the date of validity of check-off, or until the
attainment of age of superannuation of the Members, or till further orders, whichever is earliest.
