F. No. 2(22)/Lit/01/Vol.III:10932-10938.—In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) and
sub-section (3)(f) of Section 4 of the Advocates’ Welfare Fund Act, 2001 (45 of 2001) read with sub-section (a) of
Section 45(D) of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) Act, 1991, Hon’ble Lt. Governor,
Delhi is pleased to appoint Sh. Sh. Maninder Singh, Sr. Advocate and Sh. Neeraj, Advocate as members in the
Advocates’ Welfare Fund Trustee Committee.
Further, Sh. Sameer Vashisht, Standing Counsel (Civil), Delhi High Court, is appointed as member of Advocate
Welfare Fund Trustee Committee, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) and
sub-section (3)(e) of Section 4 of the Advocates’ Welfare Fund Act, 2001 (45 of 2001) read with sub-section (a) of
Section 45(D) of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) Act, 1991.
The names of Sh. Ramesh Gupta, Sr. Advocate and Sh. Rajiv Khosla, Advocate and Ms. Nandita Rao, Sr.
Advocate are omitted from the list of members in the Advocates’ Welfare Fund Trustee Committee.
This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Delhi Gazatte.
