AYUSH Ministry of Ayush Resolves Over 3,100 Public Grievances under Special Campaign 6

Posted On: 25 SEP 2026 4:40PM by PIB Delhi The Ministry of Ayush has reaffirmed its commitment to citizen-centric governance, efficient administration and timely grievance redressal through the successful implementation of Special Campaign 6, conducted from November 2025 to August 2026. The campaign focused on expediting the disposal of pending references and strengthening institutional efficiency across the Ministry and its organisations.

During the campaign period, the Ministry disposed of 3,100 out of 3,134 Public Grievances, achieving a disposal rate of nearly 99 per cent. It also resolved 454 out of 461 Public Grievance Appeals, further reinforcing its focus on addressing citizen concerns in a timely and responsive manner.

The Ministry also made significant progress in the disposal of various government references. A total of 70 references from Members of Parliament, 18 Parliamentary Assurances, 14 PMO References and 3 State Government References were disposed of during the campaign.

The focused efforts under Special Campaign 6 reflect the Ministry’s continued emphasis on responsive governance, institutional accountability and efficient public service delivery. The campaign has also

provided an opportunity to strengthen internal processes and ensure that pending matters are addressed with greater urgency.

Through sustained monitoring and coordinated efforts across the Ministry and its associated organisations, Special Campaign 6 has further strengthened the mechanism for timely disposal of grievances and references.
