या (ii) जजन्होंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में वेतन मैट्ररक्ट्स म ें स्ट्तर-11 (67700-208700 रुपये) या समतुल्य पर जनयजमत आधार पर प्रधान जनजी सजचव के पद पर जनयुजि के पश्चात पांच वषय की सेवा की हो; और (ख) जजसके पास जनम्नजलजखत िैजक्षक अहतय ाएं और अनुभव हो, अथायत्:- (i) अग्रं ेजी म ें आिजु लजप म ें प्रजत जमनट सौ िब्द की गजत;
