The AI solutions being demonstrated include SabhaSaar – an AI-powered solution for recording, transcribing, and summarising Gram Sabha and official meetings into structured, accurate, and actionable Minutes of Meeting; PRAMAN (Panchayati Raj Asset Monitoring and Notification) – an image analytics- based system for automated validation of uploaded asset photographs, including quality assessment, authenticity checks, and duplication detection; and eGramSaathi – an AI chatbot designed to assist Panchayat officials and citizens by providing information, guidance and responses related to governance processes and services. Key highlight of the booth will be immersive and interactive engagement formats that demonstrates how AI simplifies complex administrative processes.
