4. Reference number of any existing SIMS/SARAL SIMS/QCO EXEMPTION applications.
5. A brief summary of the issue (maximum 50 words).
6. Name and designation of the participant (third-party representation is not permitted).
7. Contact details (mobile number and email).
To ensure broad participation and manage logistics, only one representative per organization is allowed, and walk-ins will not be accommodated. Specific time slots will be assigned and communicated to participants via email.

related to above subjects in the Open House. To participate in the Open House e-mails may be sent on tech
-steel[at]nic[dot]in for getting a confirmed time slot on above date.
While sending the e-mail, following information may be included:
1. Name of the Company/Association
2. Type of industry and product – Auto/Aerospace/Telecom/ Defence, etc.

It is advised that any company or association having issues related to SIMS/SARAL SIMS/QCO
EXEMPTION for import of steel may send their request on the above e-mail by 6th July 2026, 4:00 pm to
get confirmed time-slots.
