The email should include: (1) the company/association name, (2) the subject of the issue (SIMS/NOC/QCO/other), (3) the participant's name and designation (third-party representation is not allowed), (4) the SIMS/NOC application reference (if applicable), (5) the industry type and product (e.g., Auto, Aerospace, Telecom, Defence), (6) a concise issue description (maximum 50 words), and (7) the nodal person's contact details (mobile number and email). Due to logistical constraints, walk-ins are not permitted, and only one representative per organization can participate. Confirmed time slots will be communicated via email.

Ministry of Steel will be conducting Open House to discuss issues related to SIMS, QCOs and NOCs for
import of steel on 19August, 2025 in Steel Room, Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi. Companies and associations
may present their issues related to above subjects in the Open House. To participate in the Open House e-
mails may be sent on tech-steel[at]nic[dot]in for getting a confirmed time slot on above dates.
While sending the e-mail, following information may be included :
1. Name of the Company/Association
2. Issue is related to SIMS/NOC/QCO/others
3. Name and designation of the participant (strictly third party representation not allowed)
4. Reference of SIMS/NOC application, if any
5. Type of industry and product – Auto/Aerospace/Telecom/ Defence, etc.
6. Issue in brief (maximum 50 words)
7. Contact details of the nodal person (mobile number and e-mail)
The Open House will be conducted from 10.30 AM to 4.30 PM and specific time slots will be indicated via e-
mail. Walk-ins will not be possible due to logistic challenges and only one representative per organisation is
permitted to ensure wider participation.
