O R D E R:-
Whereas, the Government have issued guidelines in the reference 1st
read above for allotment of the surplus land taken possession under the
provisions of principal Act, 1976 and saved under section 3(1)(a) of the
Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999.
2. Whereas, the Special Officer, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad has
submitted proposal vide reference 2nd read above and Spl. C.S. & Chief
Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad verified the said proposal
and recommended vide reference 3rd read above for allotment of excess land
taken possession by the State Government under the provisions of the
principal Act, 1976 and in occupation of 3rd parties with a view to regularize
the unauthorized occupation.
3. Accordingly, the Government after careful examination of the
proposals hereby allot the excess land taken possession by the State
Government under the provisions of the Principal Act, 1976, to an extent of
83.67 Sq.mtrs., in Plot No.80 in Sy.No.113 of Qutubullapur Village and
Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in favour of Sri K.Laxmaiah, S/o Ramaiah
who is reported to be in possession of the excess land supported by
Registered Document No.4512/93, dt.8.7.2003 as he paid an amount of
Rs.63,087/- through D.D.No. 417226, dated 31.3.1993 issued by State
Bank of Hyderabad, Balanagar.
4. The name of the allottee Sri K.Laxmaiah, S/o Ramaiah shall be
incorporated in Revenue, Registration & Survey records accordingly by the
authorities concerned. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration and
the Commissioner & Inspector General of Registration & Stamps shall ensure
compliance of these orders.
5. A copy of this order, together with the relevant sketch of the land
allotted, measurements thereof and its boundaries with topographical
details, duly attested by the competent authority shall be delivered to the
allottee concerned under proper acknowledgement.6. The Special Officer, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad is requested to
report compliance to the Government within a month.
