ABSTRACT
Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999 – Surplus land taken
possession under the provisions of the principal Act, 1976 in Sy.No.70/1 of
Neredmet Village, Malkajgiri Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and under
occupation of 3rd parties - Allotment of land in favour of Sri P.Bharadwaja
Sastry and Sri P. Dattatreya Prasad – Orders – Issued.

O R D E R:-
Whereas, the Government have issued guidelines in the reference 1st
read above, for allotment of the surplus land taken possession under the
provisions of principal Act, 1976 and saved under section 3(1)(a) of the Urban
Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999.
2. Whereas, the Special Officer & Competent Authority, Urban Land
Ceiling, Hyderabad vide reference 2nd read above submitted proposals based
on the application filed, for allotment of excess land taken possession by the
State Government under the provisions of the principal Act, 1976 and in
occupation of 3rd parties with a view to regularize the unauthorized
occupation.
3. Accordingly, the Government after careful examination of the proposal
hereby allot the excess land taken possession by the State Government
under the provisions of the Principal Act, 1976, to an extent of 222.9 Sq.Mtrs
in Plot No.77 in Sy.No.70/1 of Neredmet Village, Malkajgiri Mandal, Ranga
Reddy District in favour of Sri P.Bharadwaja Sastry and Sri Dattatreya
Prasad, S/o Late Sree Rama Murthy Avadhani who is reported to be in
possession of the excess land supported by Registered Document No.259/93,
dt.27.1.1993 and also produced by primary document i.e., Zerox Electricity
Bill Sc.No.2523-17019, dt.1.1.2000, 1.12.2001, 10.1.2005 and 10.2.2008
as they paid an amount of Rs.2,03,372/- through D.D. No.(1) 361861,
dated 25.8.2008 and 005801, dt.9.2.2011 issued by ICICI Bank.
4. The name of the allottees Sri P.Bharadwaja Sastry and Sri Dattatreya
Prasad, S/o Late Sree Rama Murthy Avadhani shall be incorporated in
Revenue, Registration & Survey records accordingly by the authorities
concerned. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration and the
Commissioner & Inspector General of Registration & Stamps shall ensure
compliance of these orders.
5. A copy of this order, together with the relevant sketch of the land
allotted, measurements thereof and its boundaries with topographical
details, duly attested by the competent authority shall be delivered to the
allottee concerned under proper acknowledgement.6. The Special Officer & Competent Authority, Urban Land Ceiling,
Hyderabad is requested to report compliance to the Government within a
month.
