From the CCLA, Hyderabad,Ref.No.Spl.UC.3/1245/2011,dt. 29.11.2011. * * * O R D E R: Whereas the Government have issued guidelines in the reference 1st read above, for allotment / exemption of surplus land taken possession under the provisions of Principal Act, 1976 and saved under section 3 (1) (a) of the Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act 1999, to settle all the pending applications received before 31.03.2006 and pending as on 27.03.2008 by adopting the slab rates under slab prescribed in G.O.Ms.No.455, Revenue (UC.I) Department, dated 29.7.2002 read with G.O.Ms.No.615, Revenue (UC.I) Department, dated 26.04.2008. 2. The Special Officer, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad vide references 3rd read above, and the Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad verified the said proposal and recommended vide reference 4th read above, for allotment of excess land taken possession by the State Government and saved U/s. 3 (1) (a) of Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999 and under occupation of 3rd parties in accordance with the guidelines issued in G.O. first read above, to regularize the unauthorized occupation. 3. Accordingly, the Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby allot the excess land to an extent of 111.45 Square Meters in plot No.30/p in Sy.Nos. 198,199,204,205295,296 & 298 of Kukatpally Village, Blalanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in favour of Sri V.Venkata Raju S/o.V.China Chandra Rao & Smt.N.Hymavathi W/o.N.Venkateswara Rao who are reported to be in possession of the excess land supported by Registered Sale Deed No.8754, dated 19-11- 2005 and also paid an amount of Rs.41,794/- through Demand draft No.178067, dated.16.12.2005 issued by Canara Bank, Hyderabad. 4. The name of the allottees Sri V.Venkata Raju S/o.V.China Chandra Rao & Smt.N.Hymavathi W/o.N.Venkateswara Rao, shall be incorporated in Revenue, Registration & Survey records accordingly by the authorities concerned. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration and the Commissioner & Inspector General of Registration & Stamps shall ensure compliance of these orders. 5. A copy of this order, together with the relevant sketch of the land allotted, measurements thereof and its boundaries with topographical details, duly attested by the competent authority shall be delivered to the allottee concerned under proper acknowledgement.: 2 : 6. The Special Officer, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad is requested to collect the deficit amount of Rs.94/- before issue endorsement and report compliance to the Government within a month.
