The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to the Head of Account: “2070 – Other Admn.Services M.H.800-Other Expenditure SH(15)-Cash Awards to T.A.Personnel 500 – Other Charges 503 – Other Expenditure”. 4. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department is requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para 2 above and send a Demand Draft to the Commander, Territorial Army Group Head Quarters, Southern Command, Pune for arranging payment to the above individual under intimation to this Department. 5.
