Orders of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in W.P.M.P.No.21091/2011 in W.P.No.17533/2011, dated 24.6.2011 filed by Sri.D.Sreeniva Rao * * * O R D E R: Whereas the Government have issued guidelines in the reference 1st read above for allotment of the surplus lands taken possession by the Government under the provisions of Principal Act, 1976, and saved under section 3 (1) (a) of the Urban Land (Ceiling&Regulation) Repeal Act 1999. 2. Whereas, the Special Officer, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad has submitted proposal, vide reference 2nd read above and the Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad verified the said proposal and recommended vide references 3rd read above, for allotment of excess land taken possession by the State Government and saved U/s. 3 (1) (a) of Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999 and under occupation of 3rd parties in accordance with the guidelines issued in G.O. first read above, to regularize the unauthorized occupation. 3. Whereas, in the reference 4th read above, the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad have issued interim orders on 24.6.2011 in W.P.M.P.No.21091/2011 in W.P.No.17533/2011 to consider and pass on dealing with the request of the applicant to regularize the plot bearing Nos.147-B belonging to the petitioner situated in Survey No.60, 71 to 77 of Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. 4. Accordingly, the Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby allot the excess land taken possession by the State Government and saved u/s.3 (1) (a) of Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999 to an extent of 250.83 Square Meters in plot No.147-B in Survey No.60 71 to 77 of Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in favor of Sri.D.Srinivasa Rao S/o.D.Sree Rama Murthy who is reported to be in possession of the excess land supported by Registered Sale Deed No.3920/06, dated. 06.04.2004 and also paid an amount of Rs.4,33,685/- through Demand Draft No.388570, dated 31.03.2011 issued by Karur Vysya Bank ,Kalyan Nagar, Hyderabad. 5. The name of the allottee Sri D.Sreenivasa Rao S/o.D.Sree Rama Murthy shall be incorporated in Revenue, Registration & Survey records accordingly by the authorities concerned. The Chief Commissioner of Land:: 2 :: Administration and the Commissioner & Inspector General of Registration & Stamps shall ensure compliance of these orders. 6. A copy of this order, together with the relevant sketch of the land allotted, measurements thereof and its boundaries with topographical details, duly attested by the competent authority shall be delivered to the allottee concerned under proper acknowledgement. 7. The above orders are subject to final outcome of W.P.Nos.17882/2008 and 19809/08 filed by the declarants and W.P.No.17533/2011 filed by the applicant. 8. The Special Officer, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad is requested to report compliance to the Government within a month.
