School, Moosarambagh, Hyderabad was allotted the Govt.Qr.No.C-128, B-Blocks, Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad as her present quarter No.MC-321 at Malakpet Colony is earmarked to dismantle for construction of compound wall to the newly constructed 224 Govt. Residential flats for Govt. officers at Malakpet colony, Hyd. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, Smt. K.Vijaya (blind), Telugu Pandit, Govt. School, Moosarambagh, Hyderabad informed that earlier she was allotted the Govt.Qr.No.C-128 at B- Blocks, Malakpet Colony in lieu of her present quarter No.MC-321 at Malakpet Colony as alternate accommodation since the present quarter is earmarked to dismantle for construction of compound wall to the newly constructed 224 Govt. Residential flats for officers at Malakpet colony, Hyd. But the allotted quarter is located in upstairs. Therefore she requested the Govt. to allot the Govt.Qr.No.MC-337 (ground floor) Malakpet Colony to her in place of earlier allotted Qr.No.C-128 in the colony on humanitarian grounds. 2. In the G.O 4th read above, Sri K.Srinivas Rao (PH), Assistant Despatcher, C.No.1032, Govt. Central Press, Chanchalguda, Hyderabad, Hyderabad was allotted the 2RT Govt.Qr.No.C-101, B-Blocks, Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad in cancellation of 2RT Govt.Qr.No.MC-337, Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad, as alternate accommodation in lieu of his present Govt.Qr.No.MC-303, Malakpet Colony(earmarked for demolition for construction of Govt. Residential flats in the colony). 4. In the circumstances stated above, after careful examination of the matter, in modification of the orders issued in the G.O 2nd read above Govt. hereby allot the vacant 2RT Govt.Qr.No.MC-337, Malakpet colony, Hyderabad to Smt. K.Vijaya(blind), Telugu Pandit, Govt. School, Moosarambagh, Hyderabad in place of earlier allotted quarter No. C-128 B- Blocks, Malakpet Colony in lieu of her present quarter No.MC-321 at Malakpet Colony (earmarked for demolition) under Rule 20 of Allotment of Govt. Quarters Rules, 1973. She is informed that if she does not occupy the allotted quarter within the stipulated time, the allotment will be cancelled, she will be debarred for two years for further allotment and action will be taken in the matter as per rules 9 and 12 of said rules in force without any intimation. Further no exchange of quarter will be entertained under any circumstances. The present allotment is made on the same terms and conditions of Allotment of Govt. Quarters issued from time to time.
