Legislative Secretariat, Hyderabad, dt.6-1-2012 &&& O R D E R: In the G.O 2nd read above, Smt P.Koteswaramma, Sweeper, AP Legislature Secretariat, Hyderabad was allotted Govt. Quarter No.IP-49 at Erramanzil Colony, Hyderabad in lieu of her present Govt. Quarter No.IP-42 in the same colony on exchange basis and she is residing in the Quarter till today. 2. The Govt. have decided to allot Phase-II & Phase –III Quarters of Erramanzil colony to NIMS and directed the E.O’s Office to issue eviction notices to the Phase –II & Phase –III occupants to vacate the quarters as early as possible and to take immediate necessary action to allot the Land and Govt. Quarters under Phase –II & Phase – III of Erramanzil colony to the Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS). Accordingly in the reference 3rd read above the Estate Officer, Hyderabad has issued eviction notices to the occupants of earmarked Govt. Quarters at Erramanzil Colony. 3. In the reference 4th read above, Smt P.Koteswaramma, Sweeper, AP Legislature Secretariat, Hyderabad informed that she is residing in Govt. Quarter No.IP-49, Erramanzil Colony, Hyderabad.. The Estate Officer, Hyderabad issued Eviction order to her and also other occupants requesting to vacate the Quarters so as to handover the said premises to NIMS, Hyderabad. She does not own a house in Hyderabad and she is the only earning member in her family consisting of 8 members. She is not in a position to bare huge rents in Hyderabad with her meager salary. She stated that 2RT (higher type) Quarter Nos.C-10, 11 & 12 are Patigadda Colony are lying vacant. Therefore, she requested the Govt. to allot any one of the above said Quarters at Patigadda Colony, Secunderabad to her (for which she is not eligible). 4. In the circumstances stated above, after due consideration, Government hereby allot the vacant SRT Govt. Quarter No.D-8, Patigadda Colony, Secunderabad as an alternate accommodation to Smt P.Koteswaramma, Sweeper, AP Legislature Secretariat, Hyderabad in lieu of her present Govt. Quarter No.IP-49, Erramanzil Colony, Hyderabad which is covered under NIMS Expansion Program (as per her eligibility). She is informed that if she does not occupy the allotted quarter within the stipulated time, the allotment will be cancelled, he will be debarred for two years and action will be taken under Rule (9) & (12) of Allotment of Govt. Quarters Rules, 1973. Further no exchange of quarter will be entertained under any circumstances. The present allotment is made on the same terms and condition for allotment of Govt. Quarters Rules issued from time to time. Contd..//2// 5.
