ORDER:-
In the G.O.first read above, orders were issued sanctioning 4 posts of
Data Entry Operators(DEOs) at a consolidated remuneration of Rs.9,500/-
per month each, to be appointed on contract / outsourcing basis for a period
of one year subject to meeting the expenditure from the available budget of
A.P.Information Commission. Accordingly, 4 Data Entry Operators(DEOs)
were appointed w.e.f 17.02.2011 and the contract period of 4 Data Entry
Operators(DEOs) would be expiring on 16.02.2012. The Secretary,
A.P.Information Commission has therefore requested to permit the
Commission to continue 4 Data Entry Operators(DEOs) for a further period
of one year from 17.02.2012.
2. The Government after careful examination hereby extend the contract
appointment of 4 Data Entry Operators(DEOs) for a further period of one
year w.e.f 17.02.2012 to work in the A.P.Information Commission on
contract / outsourcing basis.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (SMPC)
Department vide their U.O.No.01285 / 035 / A1 / SMPC.II / 12,
dt.28.01.2012.
