G.O.Ms.No.397,G.A(GPM&AR)Department,dt.21.07.2010. 2. From the Secretary, A.P.Information Commission, Letters No.8453 / APIC / B / 2010, dt.21.01.2011 and 19.10.2011. 3. R.O.C.No.701 / E1 / 2010, dt.27.12.2010 of Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of A.P, Hyderabad. - - - ORDER:- Government vide G.O.1st read above has sanctioned 4 posts of judicial officers in the Office of A.P.Information Commission at a consolidated remuneration of Rs.15,000/- per month each, to be appointed on contract / outsourcing basis . 2. The Secretary, A.P.Information Commission in the reference 2nd read above has informed that 4 retired junior civil judges have been appointed in the said posts. He has further informed that the High Court has proposed the monthly salary of the reemployed judicial officers on a consolidated amount of Rs.40,000/- per month in addition to the pension in tune with the guidelines of 13th Finance Commission. Therefore, he has requested to enhance the remuneration of the judicial officers of the A.P.Information Commission also from Rs.15,000/- to Rs.40,000/- per month each (in addition to the pension) on par with the payments proposed by the High Court. 3. The Government after careful examination hereby enhance the remuneration of four judicial officers of A.P.Information Commission from Rs.15,000/- to Rs.40,000/- per month in addition to the pension as proposed by the Secretary, A.P.Information Commission in tune with the guidelines of 13th Finance Commission. 4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (SMPC) Department vide their U.O.No.13559 / 291/ A2 / SMPC.II /2011, dt.28.01.2012.
