Co-operative Housing Societies Federation Ltd, Bagh Lingampally, Hyderabad was allotted the Govt. Quarter No.D-48 at Patigadda Colony, Secunderabad and he is residing in the Quarter till today. 2. In the reference 3rd read above Sri L.Narayana Rao, Attender o/o the A.P. Co-operative Societies Housing Federation Ltd, Bagh Lingampally, Hyderabad informed that he is residing in SRT Govt. Quarter No.D-48(Up-stairs), Patigadda Colony, Secunderabad along with his family members. The present quarter is inconvenience to reside and water is not coming to upstairs. His family members are facing so many problems in that Quarter. Earlier, the Govt. Quarter No.D-37 at Patigadda Colony, Hyderabad was allotted to Sri Y.Mahesh Kumar, Office Subordinate, GAD, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad. But, the allottee is not interested to occupy the said quarter and the Quarter is vacant now. Therefore, he requested the Govt. to allot said Quarter to him on exchange basis. 3. In the reference 4th read above, the Estate Officer, Hyderabad has reported that the Govt. Quarter D-37 at Patigadda Colony, Secunderabad is vacant since 7-5-2011. 4. In the G.O. 5th read above, the Govt. have cancelled the allotment of SRT Govt.Qtr.No.D-37 at Patigadda Colony, Secunderabad in favour of Sri Y.Mahesh Kumar, Office Subordinate, GAD, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad and he was permitted to continue in his present Govt Qtr.No.D-41 in the same colony on his request. 5. In the circumstances stated above, after due consideration, Government hereby allot the vacant SRT Govt. Quarter No.D-37, Patigadda Colony, Secunderabad to Sri L.Narayana Rao, Attender o/o the A.P. Co-operative Societies Housing Federation Ltd, Bagh Lingampally, Hyderabad in lieu of his present SRT Govt. Quarter No.D-48 in the same colony on exchange basis under Rule 20 of allotment of Govt.Qtrs Rules, 1973. He is informed that if he does not occupy the allotted quarter within the stipulated time, the allotment will be cancelled, he will be debarred for two years and action will be taken as per rules 9 & 12 of Allotment of Govt. Quarters Rules, 1973 without any intimation. Further no exchange of quarter will be entertained under any circumstances. The present is made on the same terms and conditions for allotment of Govt. Quarter as per rules issued in this regard from time to time. (PTO)//2// 6. The Estate Officer, Hyderabad shall take necessary action to give physical possession of the Quarter to the allottee on production of no dues clearance certificates issued by the concerned DEE/AEE (R&B) Electrical on par with Civil/AP Transco and Water Works Department.
