From the Estate Officer, Hyderabad, lr.No.D2/C-48/MP/114/2011/41/2012, dt.13.1.2012. *** O R D E R: In the G.O. 2nd read above, Smt B.Sophia, PET, Govt. NMH School, Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad has been allotted 2RT Govt.Qr.No.C-48, B-Blocks, Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad in lieu of her earlier allotted Quarter No.MC-254 in the same colony. 2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Estate Officer, Hyderabad stated that the Govt. have allotted the Govt. Qr.No.C-48, B-Blocks, Malakpet Colony to Smt B.Sophia, PET, Govt. NMH School, Malakpet Colony vide G.O.Ms.No.195, GA(Accom.C2) Department, dt.25.4.2011 on its vacation. The 7 days notice dt.4.5.02011 has been issued to her and the same was served to her on 21.5.2011 to take over the possession of allotted quarter, but she has not turned-up till date and it seems she is not willing to occupy the quarter. Therefore the Estate Officer, Hyderabad requested the Govt. to cancel the allotment orders issued in favour of Smt B.Sophia, PET, Govt. NMH School, Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad and also requested to allot the said quarter to any needy Govt. Employee. Hence, the quarter may be re-allotted to some needy Govt. employee. 3. After careful examination of the matter, Govt. hereby cancel the allotment of the vacant 2RT Govt.Qr.No.C-48, B-Blocks, Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad issued in favour of Smt B.Sophia, PET, Govt. NMH School, Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad and she is debarred for allotment of Govt. Quarters for a period of 2 years. Further she cannot claim the same seniority in allotment and she has to apply afresh for allotment of Govt. Quarter after two years. 4. The Estate Officer, Hyderabad is requested to take necessary action accordingly and also under Rule 9 and 12 of allotment of Govt. Quarter Rules, 1973 and send his compliance report to the Govt.
