Repn. from Sri K.Konda Reddy, Junior Assistant, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, dt.14.2.2012 O R D E R: The Government is constructing Residential Flats for Government Officers consisting of 224 flats in two Blocks “A & B” at Malakpet Colony. In this context certain quarters have been earmarked for demolition surrounding the B-Block flats which are coming in the way of said construction. 2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, the Govt.Qtr.No. MC-301 Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad was allotted to Sri K.Konda Reddy, Junior Assistant, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and he is residing in Qtr. till today. 3. In the reference 3rd read above, the Estate Officer, Hyderabad has served eviction notice to Sri K.Konda Reddy, Junior Assistant, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and resident of Govt. Qtr.No.MC-301 Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad to vacat the Quarter within 30 days of the notice and handover to the R& B authorities duly clearing the water and electricity charges under intimation to his office. 4. In the reference 4th read above Assistant Executive Engineer (R&B), Malakpet Colony has furnished the vacation report of Govt.Qr.No.MC-34 at Malakpet Colony Hyderabad. 5. In the reference 5th read above, Sri K.Konda Reddy, Junior Assistant, City Civil Court, Hyderabad informing that he is residing in Qtr.No.MC-301, Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad. The Estate Officer, Hyderabad has served a notice dt: 24.1.2012 to him stating that the present quarter is coming in the way of construction of compound wall around Block –A of Govt. Residential Flats under Construction and requested to vacate the quarter within 30 days from the date of receipt of notice. He stated that MC- 34 at Malakpet Colony is vacant at present. Therefore he requested the Govt. to allot the said quarter to him as alternate accommodation. 6. In the circumstances stated above, after due consideration, Government hereby allot the vacant 2RT Govt.Qr.No.MC-34, Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad to Sri K.Konda Reddy, Junior Assistant, City Civil Court, Hyderabad as alternate accommodation in lieu of his present 2RT Govt.Qr.No.MC-301 in the same Colony which is earmarked to dismantle for construction of Govt residential flats at Malakpet Colony. He is informed that if he does not occupy the allotted quarter within the stipulated time, the allotment will be cancelled, he will be debarred for two years for further allotment and action will be taken in the matter as per rules 9 & 12 of allotment of Govt Quarters Rules, 1973 without any intimation. Further no exchange of quarter will be entertained under any circumstances. The present allotment is made on the same terms and conditions for allotment of Govt Quarter issued from time to time. 7. The Estate Officer, Hyderabad shall take necessary action to give physical possession of the Quarter to the allottee on production of no dues clearance certificates issued by the concerned DEE/AEE (R&B) Electrical on par with Civil/AP Transco and Water Works Department.
