GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999 – Surplus land taken possession under the provisions of the Principal Act, 1976 in Sy.Nos.125 to 128, 129/1, 122.1, 155 to 158, situated at Lalaguda Village, Maredupally Mandal, Hydeabad District, and under occupation of 3rd parties - Allotment of land in favour of Sri Mogili Radha Krishna Reddy S/o M.Prathap Reddy – Orders – Issued. ============================================================= REVENUE (UC.III) DEPARTMENT G.O.Ms.No. 126 Dated: 29th February, 2012 Read the following:- 1) G.O.Ms.No.455, Revenue (UC.I) Department, dated 29.07.2002. 2) G.O.Ms.No.615, Revenue (UC.I) Department, dated 26.04.2008. 3) From the Special Officer, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad Lr.No.F1/455/ 27/2006, in CC No.F1/9075/76, dt.06.09.11 4) From the Spl.CS & CCLA, Hyderabad, Lr.No.Spl.UC3/1662/2011 dated 12.01.2012. ***** ORDER: Whereas, the Government have issued guidelines in the reference 1st read above for allotment / exemption of the surplus lands taken possession by the Government under the provisions of Principal Act, 1976 and saved under section 3(1) (a) of the Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act 1999, to settle all the pending applications which were received before 31.03.2006 and pending as on 27.03.2008 by adopting the slab rates applicable in terms of G.O.Ms.No.455, Revenue (UC.I) Department, dated 29.07.2002 read with G.O.Ms.No.615, Revenue (UC.I) Department, dt.26-04-2008. 2. Whereas, the Special Officer, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad has submitted proposal vide reference 2nd read above and the Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad verified the said proposal and recommended vide reference 3rd read above, for allotment of excess land taken possession by the State Government and saved U/s. 3 (1) (a) of Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999 and under occupation of 3rd parties in accordance with the guidelines issued in G.O. first read above, to regularize the unauthorized occupation. 3. Accordingly, the Government after careful examination of the proposals hereby allot the excess land taken possession by the State Government under the provisions of the Principal Act, 1976 to an extent of 287.58 Sq.Mtrs. in Plot No.43, in Sy.Nos.125 to 128, 129/1, 122/1, 155 to 158, situated at Lalaguda Village, Maredpally Mandal, Hyderabad District, in favour of Sri Mogili Radha Krishna Reddy S/o M.Pratap Reddy, who was reported to be in possession of the excess land supported by Registered Sale Deed No.83/2004, dt.19.01.2004, & 948/2011, dt.12.05.2011 and also paid an amount of Rs.3,22,090/-, including excess amount of Rs.34,510/- through Demand Draft Nos.9444, 635087, 9445 and 115791, dt.15.02.2006, issued by the Lakshmi Vilas Bank Ltd., and ICICI Bank Ltd., Hyderabad. 4. The name of the allottee Sri Mogili Radha Krishna Reddy S/o M.Pratap Reddy, shall be incorporated in Revenue, Registration & Survey records accordingly by the authorities concerned. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration and the Commissioner & Inspector General of Registration & Stamps shall ensure compliance of these orders. (PTO)-2- 5. A copy of this order, together with the relevant sketch of the land allotted, measurements thereof and its boundaries with topographical details, duly attested by the competent authority shall be delivered to the allottee concerned under proper acknowledgement. 6. The Special Officer, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad is requested to refund the excess amount of Rs.34,510/- paid by the applicant before issue of endorsement and report compliance to the Government within a month.
