The Special Officer, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad has submitted proposal vide reference 3rd read above and the Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad verified the said proposal and recommended vide reference 4th read above, for allotment of excess land taken possession by the State Government and saved U/s. 3 (1) (a) of Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999 and under occupation of 3rd parties in accordance with the guidelines issued in G.O. first read above, to regularize the unauthorized occupation. 3. Accordingly, the Government after careful examination of the proposals hereby allot the excess land taken possession by the State Government under the provision of the Principal Act, 1976 to an extent of 290.78 Sq.Mtrs., in Plot No.62 in Sy.No.10, situated at Madhapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in favour of Smt. P.Pramoda W/o P.Devender Rao, who is reported to be in possession of the excess land supported by Registered Sale Deed No.466/2011, dt.25.01.2001, and also paid an amount of Rs.1,30,269/- (including excess amount of Rs.13,957/-) through Demand Draft No.458751, 18.03.2005 issued by Syndicate Bank, Hyderabad and DD No.786108, dt.14.10.2010 issued by State Bank of Patiyala, Hyderabad. 4. The name of the allottee Smt.P.Pramoda W/o P.Devender, shall be incorporated in Revenue, Registration & Survey Records, accordingly, by the authorities concerned. The Spl.CS & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration and the Commissioner & Inspector General Registration & Stamps shall ensure compliance of these orders. (PTO)-2- 5. A copy of this order, together with the relevant sketch of the land allotted, measurements thereof and its boundaries with topographical details, duly attested by the competent authority shall be delivered to the allottee concerned under proper acknowledgement. 6. The Special Officer, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad is directed to refund the excess amount of Rs.13,957/- paid by the applicant before issue of endorsement and report compliance to Government within a month. 7.
