No.20061/2011, ***** ORDER: Whereas the Government have issued guidelines in the reference 1st read above for allotment of the surplus lands taken possession by the Government under the provisions of Principal Act, 1976, and saved under section 3 (1) (a) of the Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act 1999. 2. Whereas, the Special Officer & Competent Authority, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad has submitted proposal vide reference 2nd read above and the Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad verified the said proposal and recommended vide reference 3rd read above, for allotment of excess land taken possession by the State Government and saved U/s. 3 (1) (a) of Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999 and under occupation of 3rd parties in accordance with the guidelines issued in G.O. first read above, to regularize the unauthorized occupation. 3. Whereas, in the reference 4th read above, the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad has passed orders dt.18.07.2011 in WP No.20061/2011, directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders within a maximum period of 3 months for regularization of plot bearing No.372-C, belonging to the petitioner respectively situated in Sy.Nos.71 to 77 of Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. 4. Accordingly, the Government after careful examination of the proposals hereby allot the excess land taken possession by the State Government under the provision of the Principal Act, 1976 to an extent of 125.40 Sq.Mtrs., in Plot No.372-C in Sy.No.77, situated at Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in favour of Sri P.C.Anthony S/o Sri Joseph Chacko, who is reported to be in possession of the excess land supported by Registered Sale Deed No.8675/2000, dt.14.11.2000, and also paid an amount of Rs.94,120/- (including excess amount of Rs.107/-) through Demand Draft Nos.973317, 22.08.2008 and 973318, dt.03.02.2008 issued by State Bank of Hyderabad, Kukatpally Brach, Hyderabad. (PTO)-2- 4. The name of the allottee Sri P.C.Anthony S/o Joseph Chacko, shall be incorporated in Revenue, Registration & Survey Records, accordingly, by the authorities concerned. The Spl.CS & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration and the Commissioner & Inspector General Registration & Stamps shall ensure compliance of these orders. 5. A copy of this order, together with the relevant sketch of the land allotted, measurements thereof and its boundaries with topographical details, duly attested by the competent authority shall be delivered to the allottee concerned under proper acknowledgement. 6. The Special Officer, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad is directed to refund the excess amount of Rs.107/- paid by the applicant before issue of endorsement and report compliance to Government within a month. 7. The above orders are subject to final outcome of W.P.Nos.17882/08, 19809/08 & 21580/08 filed by the declarants and in WP No.20061/2011 filed by the applicants. 8. The Special Officer, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad is requested to report compliance to the Government within a month.
