C.S. & CCLA, Hyd., Lr.No.Spl.UC3/1331/2010, dated 26.9.2011. &&& O R D E R:- Whereas, the Government have issued guidelines in the reference 1st read above, for allotment / exemption of surplus land taken possession under the provisions of principal Act, 1976 and saved under section 3(1)(a) of the Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999, to settle all the pending applications received before 31.03.2006 and pending as on 27.03.2008 by adopting the slab rates prescribed in G.O.Ms.No.455 / 456, Revenue (UC. I) Department, dt.29.07.2002. 2. Whereas, the Special Officer & Competent Authority, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad has submitted proposal vide reference 3rd read above and Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, A.P., Hyderabad verified the said proposal and recommended vide reference 4th read above, for allotment of excess land taken possession by the State Government under the provisions of the principal Act, 1976 and in occupation of 3rd parties with a view to regularize the unauthorized occupation. 3. Accordingly, the Government after careful examination of the proposals hereby allot the excess land taken possession by the State Government under the provisions of the Principal Act, 1976 to an extent of 151.00 Sq.Mtrs in Plot No.66 in Sy.No.114/P of Saidabad (V) & (M), Hyderabad district in favour of Sri Y.Babu Shankar, S/o Rajitha Murthy, who is reported to be in possession of the excess land supported by the preliminary document Nos. (1) MCH Tax Receipt No.317/A11/TP1/95, dt.30.3.95 (2) MCH property tax dated 4.4.95 (3) CPDCP of A.P Hyderabad Ltd., Meter No.1869149, Make HPL Cap 5-20 A dated 18.4.94 and also paid the requisite amount of Rs.32,616/- through D.D.No.996503, dated 8.6.2005 issued by State Bank of Hyderabad. 4. The name of the allottee Sri Y.Babu Shankar, S/o Rajitha Murthy, shall be incorporated in Revenue, Registration & Survey records accordingly by the authorities concerned. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration and the Commissioner & Inspector General of Registration & Stamps shall ensure compliance of these orders.5. A copy of this order, together with the relevant sketch of the land allotted, measurements thereof and its boundaries with topographical details, duly attested by the competent authority shall be delivered to the allottee concerned under proper acknowledgement. 6. The Special Officer, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad is requested to report compliance to the Government within a month.
