From the CCLA, A.P., Hyderabad, Ref.No.UC2/417/2011, dated 11.10.2011. -:: O ::- O R D E R:- Whereas, the Government have issued policy guidelines in the reference 1st read above for allotment of surplus lands taken possession under the provisions of the Urban Land (C&R) Act, 1976 and saved under section 3(1)(a) of the Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999. 2. Whereas, the Special Officer, Urban Land Ceiling, Guntur vide reference 2nd read above, submitted proposal based on the application filed, for allotment of excess land taken possession by the State Government under the provisions of the Principal Act, 1976 and under occupation of the 3rd parties with a view to regularize the unauthorized occupation. 3. Accordingly, the Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby allot the excess land taken possession by the State Government under the provisions of the Principal Act,1976, an extent of 310.29 Sq. Mtrs situated in D.No.255/A2B, Koretipadu (V) of Guntur in favour of Sri Guntupalli Subba Rao S/o. Bhadraiah who is reported to be in possession of the excess land supported by the Registered Document No.2979/80, dated 7.5.80. He has paid an amount of Rs.5,85,135/- through 1) D.D.No.1193264, dt.7.7.2011 for 25000/-and 2) DD No.011559, dt.26.7.2011 for Rs.5,60,135/- in terms of G.O.Ms. No.747 dated 18.6.2008, comes under APL Category. 4. The name of the allottees Sri Guntupalli Subba Rao S/o. Bhadraiah shall be incorporated in Revenue, Registration & Survey records accordingly by the authorities concerned. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration and the Commissioner & Inspector General of Registration & Stamps shall ensure compliance of these orders 5. A copy of this order, together with the relevant sketch of the land allotted, measurements thereof and its boundaries with topographical details duly attested by the competent authority shall be delivered to the allottee concerned under proper acknowledgement.
