ABSTRACT
Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999 – Surplus land taken
possession under the provision of the Principal Act,1976 – Allotment of
surplus land to an extent 148.00 Sq.Mtrs in S.No.17 of Kapparada (v),
Visakhapatnam and under occupation of the 3rd parties – Allotment of land in
favour of Smt. Bonthu Venkata Laxmi W/o. Prabhakar Rao - Orders –

O R D E R:-
Whereas, the Government have issued policy guidelines in the
reference 1st read above for allotment of surplus lands taken possession
under the provisions of the UL (C&R) Act, 1976 and saved under section
3(1)(a) of the Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act,1999.
2. Whereas, the Special Officer, Urban Land Ceiling, Visakhapatnam vide
reference 2nd read above, submitted proposals based on the application filed,
for allotment of excess land taken possession by the State Government
under the provisions of the Principal Act,1976 and under occupation of the 3rd
parties with a view to regularize the unauthorized occupation.
3. Accordingly, the Government after careful examination of the
proposals hereby allot the excess land taken possession by the State
Government under the provisions of the Principal Act,1976. Allot an extent of
148 Sq. Mtrs., in S.No.17, situate at D.No.37-11-198/1, Plot No.293 part,
Ward 41 of Kapparada (v), Visakhapatnam in favour of Smt. Bonthu Venkata
Laxmi W/o. Prabhakar Rao, who is reported to be in possession of the excess
land supported by the Primary Documents Current Bill No.1305 04207 dated
14.8.95 and he also paid an amount of Rs. 3,29,448/- through D.D.Nos.
329606 dt.26.8.2008 2) 327535, dt.10.12.2008 issued by State Bank of
India Muralinagar Visakhapatnam, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.747, Revenue
(UC.I) Department, dated.18.6.2008, comes under APL Category.
4. The name of the allottee Smt. Bonthu Venkata Laxmi W/o. Prabhakar
Rao shall be incorporated in Revenue, Registration & Survey records
accordingly by the authorities concerned. The Chief Commissioner of Land
Administration and the Commissioner & Inspector General of Registration &
Stamps shall ensure compliance of these orders.
5. A copy of this order, together with the relevant sketch of the land
allotted, measurements thereof and its boundaries with topographical details
duly attested by the competent authority shall be delivered to the allottee
concerned under proper acknowledgement.
