(Vig.VI) Dept., dated: 03.01.2012. * * * * * ORDER: Whereas, it has been made to appear that Sri M.Trinadha Rao, Sub Registrar, O/o. Registrar Office (O.B), Srikakulam, while serving as Sub-Registrar has committed grave misconduct and therefore charges framed by the Deputy Inspector General, Registration & Stamps Department, Vizianagaram in the reference 2nd read above. 2. In the reference 3rd cited the Deputy Inspector General, Registration & Stamps Department, Vizianagaram has informed that Sri M.Trinadha Rao, Sub Registrar, O/o. Registrar Office (O.B), Srikakulam, has retired from service on attaining age of superannuation and therefore requested to take further action in the matter under Rule 9 Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980. 3. Now, therefore, sanction is hereby accorded under Sub-clause (1) of Clause (b) of Sub-Rule (2) of Rule 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980 to continue departmental proceedings against the said Sri M.Trinadha Rao, Sub Registrar (Retired) & others, of Registrar Office (O.B), Srikakulam. 4. It is further directed that in pursuance of the orders issued in the reference 4th read above the said departmental proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the procedure laid down in Rule 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CCA) Rules 1991.
