Dt:08.06.2011. 2).From the Spl.CS and CCLA, Hyderabad, Lr.No.Spl.B3/889/11. Dt:19.07.2011. * * * ORDER: In the reference 1st read above, the Collector, Anantapur District has submitted proposals for transfer of the land in Sy.No.121-2 to an extent of Ac.5-00 Cts., of Rapthadu village and Mandal, in favour of District Educational Officer, Anantapur District, for construction of Model School. 2. The Collector, Anantapur District has further reported that the land is classified as Grazing ground poromboke and transferred into AW vide Revenue Divisional Officer, Anantapur D.Dis.D2/1606/1987 dated:10.12.1987. The land is free from encroachment. The land is quite suitable for establishment of Model School. A1 notice has been published and no objections have been received. The Grampanchayat has also passed resolution for allotment of the said land for construction of Model School 3. The Collector, Anantapur District has finally requested to accord permission for transfer of the land in Sy.No.121-2 extent of Ac.5.00 Cts., of Rapthadu village and Mandal in favour of District Educational Officer, Anantapur, for construction of Model School at Rapthadu village and Mandal. 4. The Special Chief Secretary and Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad, while forwarding the proposals of the Collector, Anantapur, to the Government has requested to issue suitable instructions for transfer of the above land in favour of District Educational Officer for construction of Model School as the subject land was transferred from Grazing Land Poromboke to A.W. 5. In the circumstances reported by the Collector, Anantapur and the Special Chief Secretary and Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad, the Government after careful examination of the matter hereby, decide and order that the land to an extent of Ac.5.00 Cts., in Sy.No.121-2, situated at Rapthadu village and Mandal, Anantapur District, be transferred in favour of District Educational Officer, Anantapur for construction of Model School. …..2-- 2 -- 6. The Collector, Anantapur District, shall take necessary action accordingly, for transfer of the land, in favour of District Educational Officer, Anantapur District. 7. The District Educational Officer, Anantapur District shall ensure to complete the construction of the buildings, within the specified period.
