Residential Flats for Officers at Malakpet colony, Hyderabad. 2. In the reference 1st read above, the Engineer –In –Chief (R&B), Bldgs, Erramanzil, Hyderabad intimated the Estate Officer, Hyderabad that (28) Govt. Qrs. in (7) Blocks bearing Nos. MC-301 to MC-328 are coming in the way of construction of compound wall around Block-A of Govt. Residential Flats under construction and requested to handover the said quarters to complete the construction of compound wall with approach roads, storm water drainage etc. around the Block-A at Malakpet colony. 3. In the letter 2nd read above, the Estate Officer, Hyderabad issued vacation notices to the occupants of Govt.Qrs.Nos.MC-301 to MC-328 at Malakpet colony which are earmarked for the construction of compound wall to 224 Govt. Residential Flats for Govt. Officials in A&B Blocks at Malakpet colony and to vacate the quarters within (30) days from the date of receipt of the notice and handover the vacant possession of the said Govt. Qrs. to the Assistant Executive Engineer (R&B), Malakpet colony, Hyderabad. duly clearing the water and electricity charges, under intimation to his office, so as to enable the R&B authorities to take further course of action in the matter. 4. In the reference 3rd read above, Smt M.Rajeswari, Auditor, o/o Pay and Accounts Officer, A.P., Hyderabad informed that she is residing in 2RT Govt. Quarter No.MC-316 at Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad since long back. She is widow and she has two daughters, who are school going children and in middle of academic year and she don’t have any male support to search new rent house. The Estate Officer, Hyderabad has served a notice dt.24.1.2012 to her stating that to vacate the quarter within 30 days from the date of receipt of notice. She requested the Govt. to allot the Govt.Qr.No.MC-346, Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad to her as alternate accommodation. 5. In the circumstances stated above, after careful examination of the matter, Govt. hereby allot the vacant 2RT Govt.Qr.No.MC-346, Malakpet colony, Hyderabad as an alternative accommodation to Smt M.Rajeswari, Auditor, o/o Pay and Accounts Officer, A.P., Hyderabad in lieu of her present Govt. Qr.No.MC-316 in the same colony which is coming in the way and earmarked for construction of compound wall around Block-A of the new 224 Residential flats for Govt. Officers at Malakpet Colony. She is informed that if she does not occupy the allotted quarter within the stipulated time, the allotment will be cancelled, she will be debarred for two years for further allotment and action will be taken in the matter as per rules 9 and 12 of allotment of Govt. Quarters Rules, 1973 in force without any intimation. Further no exchange of quarter will be entertained under any circumstances. The present allotment is made on the same terms and conditions of Allotment of Govt. Quarters issued from time to time. Contd..(2)//2// 6.
