Read the following:- 1. G.O.Ms.No.747, Revenue (UC.I) Department, dated 18.6.2008. 2. From the Special Officer, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad, Lr.No.F1/747/22241/11 in dated 6.7.2011 3.From the Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, Lr.No.Spl.UC4/1177/2011, dated.2.12.2011.. * * * O R D E R: Whereas the Government have issued guidelines in the reference 1st read above for allotment of the surplus lands taken possession by the Government under the provisions of Principal Act, 1976, and saved under section 3 (1) (a) of the Urban Land Ceiling Repeal Act 1999. 2. Whereas, the Special Officer, Urban Land Ceiling, Hyderabad has submitted proposal vide reference 2nd read above and the Special Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad verified the said proposal and recommended vide references 3rd read above, for allotment of excess land taken possession by the State Government and saved U/s. 3 (1) (a) of Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999 and under occupation of 3rd parties in accordance with the guidelines issued in G.O. first read above, to regularize the unauthorized occupation. 3. Accordingly, the Government after careful examination of the proposal hereby allot the excess land taken possession by the State Government and saved u/s.3 (1) (a) of Urban Land (Ceiling & Regulation) Repeal Act, 1999 to an extent of 377.87 Square Meters in plot No.119/p in Survey No. 92 of Jeedimetla Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District in favor of Sri R.Venkateswara Rao S/o Seetha Ram Rao who is reported to be in possession of the excess land supported by Registered Sale Deed No.4197/94, dated 27.06.1994 and also paid an amount of Rs.3,14,271/- through Demand Draft No.605198, dated 06.06.2011 issued by State Bank of India, Hyderabad. 4. The name of the allottee Sri R.Venkateswara Rao S/o Seetha Ram Rao shall be incorporated in Revenue, Registration & Survey records accordingly by the authorities concerned. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration and the Commissioner & Inspector General of Registration & Stamps shall ensure compliance of these orders. 5. A copy of this order, together with the relevant sketch of the land allotted, measurements thereof and its boundaries with topographical details, duly attested by the competent authority shall be delivered to the allottee concerned under proper acknowledgement.
