Hyderabad was allotted SRT Govt. Quarter No.D-58, Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad on seniority basis (2011) as per Allotment of Govt. Quarters Rules, 1973 on his request. 2. I n the reference 3rd read above, the Estate Officer, Hyderabad informed that Govt. have allotted the Govt. Quarter No.D-58, B-Blocks, Malakpet Colony to Sri A.Sekhar, Driver, o/o the Commissioner, Survey Settlement & Land Records, A.P., Hyderabad. But the allottee has not turned up to take over the Possession of said Quarter and number of times he has been requested over phone in (Mobile No.9866167306) to occupy the said quarter with required documents. But, he has failed to do so therefore it may be construed that he is not willing to occupy the allotted Quarter. He requested Govt. to cancel the allotment orders issued in favour of Sri A. Sekhar, Driver, and the said quarter may be allotted to any other needy Government Employee. 3. After careful examination of the matter, Govt. hereby cancel the allotment of vacant SRT Govt.Qtr.No.D-58 at B-Blocks, Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad in favour of Sri A.Sekhar, Driver, o/o the Commissioner, Survey Settlement & Land Records, A.P., Hyderabad issued in the G.O 2nd read above. 4. The Estate Officer, Hyderabad is requested to take action as per Rule 9 & 12 of Allotment of Govt. Quarters Rules, 1973 in the matter and report compliance.
