REVENUE (SER.II) DEPARTMENT G.O.Ms.No. 149 Dated:07.3.2012 Read the following: 1. From the Spl.C.S & C.C.L.A., A.P., Hyd Lr.No.E1/144/2010 dated 07.4.2011. 2. Govt. Memo No.14779/Ser.II(2)/2011 dated 3.8.2011. 3. Representation of Sri M. Gayathri, Vijayawada dated 1.9.2011. O R D E R: &&&&&& The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration & Special Chief Secretary, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in his letter 1st read above, has stated that Smt. M. Gayathri, W/o. Late G.S. Satyanarayana, Senior Assistant, Office of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad represented that her husband Sri G.V.Satyanarayana, Senior Assistant expired on 31.12.2010 while in service and she passed B.Com., degree that as per the S.S.C certificate, her date of birth is 02.3.1965 and her age is 45 years 11 months as on the date of submission of the application, and therefore requested to consider her case for appointment under compassionate grounds in relaxation of the age limit prescribed . In view of the above and as the individual crossed the upper age limit of 45 years prescribed for appointment, the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, has requested the Government for relaxation of upper age limit prescribed for appointment on humanitarian grounds. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, Government after examining the proposal of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad have informed that the proposal for relaxation of Upper age limit in favour of Smt. M.Gayathri W/o. Late Sri G.V.Satyanarayana, Senior Assistant for the purpose of compassionate appointment cannot be agreed, since Government as a matter of policy is against relaxation of Rules. 3. In the reference 3rd read above, Smt. M. Gayathri has stated that her husband Sri G.V.Sathyanarayana, Senior Assistant, Office of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad died while in service on 31.12.2010 leaving behind two minor female children and she is the only elder person in the family to look after her minor children. She has further stated that after demise of her husband, her family is facing untold domestic financial problems and requested to provide compassionate appointment on humanitarian grounds. 4. Government, after careful reconsideration of the request of Smt. M.Gayathri W/o. Late G.V.Satyanarayana, Senior Assistant Office of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad as well as the proposal of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad have now decided to grant relaxation of upper age limit in favour of Smt. M.Gayathri for her appointment as Junior Assistant, as she was over aged by 11 months as on the date of submission of the application. ( P.T.O.):: 2 :: 5. Accordingly, Government hereby order that the upper age limit of 45 years be relaxed in favour of Smt. M..Gayathri W/o. Late G.V.Satyanarayana, Senior Assistant, Office of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad for her appointment as Junior Assistant on compassionate grounds, if she is otherwise found eligible for such appointment. 6. The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, & Special Chief Secretary, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take further action in the matter accordingly.
