Welfare Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad and permission to continue in his present Govt.
Quarter No.D-36 in the same colony – Orders – Issued.

O R D E R:
In G.O. 2nd read above, Sri Hassan Khan, Senior Driver, Social Welfare Department, A.P.
Secretariat, Hyderabad Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad has been allotted 2RT Govt.
Quarter No.C-109, B-Blocks, Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad in lieu of his present SRT Govt.
Quarter No.D-36 in the same colony on exchange basis on his request.
2. In the reference 3rd read above, Sri Hassan Khan, Senior Driver, Social Welfare Department,
A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad, General Administration Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad
informed that he was allotted the 2RT Govt. Quarter No.C-109, B-Blocks, Malakpet Colony,
Hyderabad in lieu from SRT Govt. Quarter No.D-36 in the same Colony on exchange basis.
But, he is not interested to occupy the allotted Quarter. Therefore, he requested the Govt. to cancel
the allotment orders issued in his name and permit him to continue in his present Quarter No.D-36
at Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad.
3. After careful examination of the matter, Govt. hereby cancel the allotment of vacant 2RT
Govt.Qtr.No.C-109 at Malakpet Colony, Hyderabad in favour of Sri Hassan Khan, Senior Driver,
Social Welfare Department, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad issued in the G.O 2nd read above and he is
permitted to continue in his present Govt. Quarter No.D-36 in the same colony as requested by
him.
4. The Estate Officer, Hyderabad is requested to take action as per Rule 9 & 12 of Allotment of
Govt. Quarters Rules, 1973 in the matter and report compliance.
