Read the following:- 1) From District Collector, SPS Nellore District Letter Rc.No.E10/792/04 dated 8-4-2005. 2) From Spl.C.S & CCLA., AP.,Hyd.Ref.No.ALC3/868/2001 Dt: 2-6-2005. <o> O R D E R: The Spl.Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, A.P., Hyderabad in his letter 2nd read above has stated that the District Collector, SPS Nellore District has submitted proposals for change of classification of the surplus land taken possession to an extent of Acres 8.00 cents in Sy.No.54/2/1A1 & 54/2/1A2 of the Vakadu village & Mandal, SPS Nellore District which is not available for assignment, as it is selected for construction of A.P. Residential School Building and for formation of approach road to School building and reserve the same as School ground Poramboke under section 14 (6) (ii) of A.P. Land Reforms (COAH) Act, 1973. 2. The Spl.Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, A.P., Hyderabad has recommended the above proposal of the Collector, SPS Nellore District and requested for issue of necessary orders accordingly. 3. The Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accept the proposal of the Collector, SPS Nellore District, recommended by the Spl.Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, A.P., Hyderabad, and accord permission for change of classification of the surplus land to an extent of Acres 8.00 cents in Sy.No.54/2/1A1 & 54/2/1A2 of the Vakadu village & Mandal, SPS Nellore District for construction of A.P. Residential School Building and for formation of approach road to School building and reserve the same as School ground Poramboke under section 14 (6) (ii) of the A.P. Land Reforms (COAH) Act, 1973. 4. The Spl.Chief Secretary & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, A.P., Hyderabad is requested to take necessary further action in the matter.
