G.O.Ms.No. 644, Revenue(Ser.I)Department, dated : 16.06.2011. 3. Representation of Sri R.Venkateswarlu, Section Officer, MA & UD Department, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad, dated : 20.08.2011. -oOo- ORDER : In the G.O. 1st read above, the Government have issued orders according adhoc promotions to the (47) Tahsildars / Section Officers / Superintendents to the category of Deputy Collector included in the supplementary panel for the year 2010-11. 2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, Sri R.Venkateswarlu, Section Officer, MA & UD Department was appointed by transfer from the category of Section Officer to the cadre of Deputy Collector (Category-II) of APCS (Ex.Br) Rules, 1992 under Rule 10(a) of APS & SS Rules, 1996, under city list quota. 3. In the reference 3rd read above, Sri R.Venkateswarlu, Section Officer, MA & UD Department in his representation dated 20.08.2011 has declined to join in the new post on personal grounds and also requested the Government to continue in the MA & UD Department as Section Officer then the MA & UD Department has informed that the individual is not willing to go as Deputy Collector from the post of Section Officer. 4. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby forfeit the promotion of Sri R.Venkateswarlu, Section Officer, MA & UD Department as Deputy Collector under Rule 11(b) of A.P.State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, as the individual has not joined in the stipulated time. 5. The Spl.CS & Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
